Our Kneipp tips
⏱️ Before going into the water, make sure your feet are warm. A sensible duration for so-called water treading is between 30 seconds and 3 minutes. Then walk a few steps and let the water roll off before drying your legs gently with a towel.
🧘 In the wooden hut near the Kneipp pool you will find Towels and seat pads. The instructions below for arm baths or treading water – just two of many options – will also be posted there shortly. So simply put your shoes on the shelves, complete the exercise in the pool and then dry your feet.
🧼 The used towels can be left in the hut for cleaning. If you want to spend your lunch break in the nature recreation park afterwards or completely independently of it, or if you would like to have a meeting in a cozy, creative atmosphere, you will find large wooden boxes with additional seat cushions in two other places.
