The story
The nature recreation park has roots that go back a long way. The previous generation at hollu already placed great value on sustainability and respectful treatment of nature. At that time, an extensive wet meadow and numerous native Trees and bushes formed the green frame around the company premises.
In the course of expansions, the Redesign of the open spaces became necessary – and the opportunity was seized: the approximately 5000m² area was consciously planned and developed ecologically. The result is a place that combines relaxation, diversity and the experience of nature.
The idea
The idea behind the nature recreation park was clear from the start: a place should be created where native plants and animals find a natural habitat.
During the planning, great importance was placed on using the existing terrain and soil conditions – completely in the spirit of nature. Only native wild plants were planted. Today, over 3,000 different wild perennials and bulbous plants as well as more than 250 native shrubs and trees grow in the park.
The park is not just a habitat for animals and plants – it is also a place where all employees feel comfortable. Whether it’s a short break, a creative retreat or a relaxed exchange in the countryside: the nature recreation park invites you to get some fresh air and recharge your batteries in the middle of everyday work.
The areas
What makes the nature recreation park special is the variety of habitats. A wide variety of areas create ideal conditions for plants and animals with very different requirements – and thus actively promote biodiversity.

🌼 🌼 The wildflower meadow:: A habitat full of beauty and diversity

Even small Structural elements such as stone walls, Lizard castles, Dead wood and nesting aids for wild bees are not only decorative design elements but also habitats for many mammals, insects and other creatures.
